T1/T2 The
original TOMAHAWK converted to T2 FJ specs.
First appeared as the Tomahawk, BMC powered, Brands
Hatch, Oct 1960,
Driver Peter Jopp.
1961, Re-configured as Ausper FJ, Ford powered,
Works entry driven by Steve Ouvaroff. Laid aside and
dismantled during 1961 season, while works entered
the T3.
1963, Sold incomplete to Gordon Littleford,
Rhodesia. Unused.
1963, Bought by Mike Wesson, Rhodesia, assembled and
raced it using
1500 Alfa engine, 1964.
1965, Sold to Norman Moss, raced in Rhodesia.
1969, Sold to Dave Pinder-Brown, Rhodesia, raced by
Dave and Dave Storey with a sports body, known as
the Davey Mk1
1989, Sold to John Amm, Zimbabwe / South Africa, not
raced, not much left of it by now, body/chassis and
some suspension.
1995, Sold to Ivan Glasby, Australia.
2001, Sold to Dick Willis, Australia. Restored to
Ford powered FJ format and
raced in Historics.
