Year	1946	Sold new by Dulys of Gwelo. Discovered without its axles on a farm in Gwelo by Eddie Doman, who restored the car before selling it to someone else. Acquired by Maurice Beckley of Bulawayo in 1993. The flat head V8 was shot so Maurice and his son Bruce rebuilt it - They did a fair amount of mechanical work to this car but my Maurice hated it after having to strip the engine 3 times after the engineering shop in Bulawayo who resleeved the engine and apparently measured the cam bearings failed to measure the middle one of the three, relying on the readings of the two outer ones at each end of the block. They discovered the hard way that the middle one is the one that wears out and so after two strip downs and start ups where the oil pressure disappeared when warm, they asked the Ford fundu (Eddy Doman) what he thought. He didnt bat an eye lid and told them to check the middle bearing. Problem solved!  Bruce used the car daily for about two years in Bulawayo, and also did several long runs in her. Sold in 1999 to someone in Bulawayo who resprayed the car grey. He has unfortunately since died but the car is believed to still be in Bulawayo.

Year	1965	Private import to Rhodesia on 16.11.1965, just a few days after Rhodesia declared Unilateral Independence. Bill Thomson acquired the car from Mike Hatfield and rebuilt the car to a high standard. Bill took the car to Australia in 1982 and sold it to Anthony List in 1988. Advertised for sale in Perth, Australia for $50 000 around 2007, still with its Rhodesian Dunlop tyres. Bought by Chris Kokkinis of Sydney.

Year	1969	351ci, 3 speed auto. Original paint, black interior. It originally had a black vinyl roof. Maurice Beckley owned this car from 1992 to 2007 when he sold it to someone in Bulawayo. I believe it was bought off the show room floor in New York by its first owned from Bulawayo and shipped back. Bought when it was a few years old by Brian Chambers who then sold it to Maurice. Brian was also an avid sailor and towed his yacht with the Mustang - thus the tow hitch. It required a lot of mechanical work such as suspension rebuild, steering, brakes, which took 6 odd months to sort it.
